Shipping Policy

Shipping time takes place after the processing period ends. Processing time varies by type of wig purchased. You will receive an order fulfillment email once your order has been shipped. This email will include a tracking number.

Pick Up Policy

Order must be paid in advance. Wigs are available for curbside pickup if consultation is not scheduled. Pick up is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6pm-8pm and Saturday from 11am-5pm. Any orders placed/booked after 3 pm for wigs/consultation will be available the next pick up day.

Return Policy

Due to nature of our product, all sales are final. If you are ever unhappy with your purchase, email us and we will make it our mission to resolve any issue you have.
